Pinnacle Climate Technologies is pleased to announce that Ryan J. Damask has been hired as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Prior to joining Pinnacle Climate Technologies, Ryan was employed with Archway Marketing Inc., & Subsidiaries as the Chief Financial Officer, which was sponsored by a syndicate of three private equity firms. Prior to Archway, Ryan held various financial, operational, and information technology responsibilities within Compass Group PLC, Rio Tinto Alcan, and International Paper throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. Moreover, Ryan served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years.

Ron Ten Berge, CEO Pinnacle Climate Technologies is pleased to announce Ryan joining the Pinnacle Climate Technologies team, “with about the wealth of business, operational and leadership experience that Ryan brings to the organization. Ryan will be responsible for operating performance and reporting of the Pinnacle Climate Technologies organization.”

Ryan holds a Master’s of Business Administration from DePaul University, in Chicago as well as a Bachelor’s Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is also LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
