Pinnacle Climate Leadership Group consists of proven leaders with strong backgrounds in producing, marketing and selling industrial, commercial and consumer products.

  • Ron Ten Berge

    President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Ron leads the PCT team and is responsible for the strategic and financial performance of the organization. He brings over twenty-five years of experience with leading consumer products brands to the company. Ron has a passion for people and building great teams that deliver breakthrough business results.
    Ron received his BS in Marketing Management from Cal State Polytechnic University Pomona and an MBA from UC Irvine.

  • Ryan Damask

    Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Ryan leads the Finance, IT, Legal, and Global Sourcing functions with over twenty years of experience.

    Ryan holds an MBA from DePaul University, including a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is also a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt. Ryan served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years.

  • Robert Schlagel

    Vice President of Sales

    Robert joined the team in 2023 and is accountable to lead global sales and business development across all of Pinnacle Climate Technologies’ premium portfolio of brands.  He brings 20+ years of progressive experience delivering sales and building teams.  He is responsible for sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth.  He is tasked with delivering strategic sales plans and innovative programs that meet customers’ needs to capture and leverage the market.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in management & Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Superior.  Prior to PCT, he held various positions with Remington Arms Company, most recently as Vice President of Sales.

  • Christopher Makinen

    National Sales Director

    As Vice President of Sales, Chris is responsible for driving global sales. He is a seasoned sales, operations and sourcing leader with 25+ years experience leading regional and global teams. He is passionate about the customer experience and spends a significant amount of time outside the office learning in the field.

  • Isaac Yates

    Vice President of Sales & Customer Care

    As Vice President of Sales, Isaac is responsible for sales to the Industrial/Commercial, Horticulture/Agriculture and Rental markets. Additionally, Isaac leads order entry, customer service and parts and service. Isaac has over 40 years of general management, sales and marketing leadership experience in multiple industrial and commercial industries. Isaac earned a BS degree in Commerce.

  • Russell Scheller

    Vice President of Operations

    Russell Scheller leads the Operations and Supply Chain Teams with over 30 years of experience. Russell’s focus at PCT is Operational Excellence to fulfill customer demand with the best value cost from Global supply chain management and manufacturing execution. His educational background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MS in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas.  His work experience includes Industrial products, Automotive, Military, and Computer components.

  • Bruce Stephan

    Director of Marketing

    Bruce leads Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and all eCommerce activities with over 25 years of experience. Bruce Stephan’s focus at PCT is driving business growth and profitability through Products, People, and Processes. His educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota and Saint Thomas, with broad experience in multiple B2C and B2B industries.

  • David Osland

    Director of Product Management

    As Director of Product Management, David is responsible for leading product growth and supporting sales with on-target marketing for the wide variety of channels we serve. David comes with over 28 years of leadership in marketing, sales, and product management from mid-size to Fortune 500 companies.

  • Mark Daniels

    Director of Engineering

    Mark Daniels leads the Engineering Team with over 30 years of experience.  Mark’s focus at PCT is on New Product Development and product improvements.  His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from Syracuse University.  He has experience working in the HVAC and Green-energy industries.

  • Rose Felix

    Director of Human Resources

    Rose is a proven leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.  Extensive experience leading total rewards philosophy and strategy, talent management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and human capital management.

     

  • Stephen Shih

    General Manager, Pinnacle China

    As General Manager of our China operations, Stephen leads the operations and sourcing teams by creating a collaborative culture of continuous business improvement. Stephen has held leadership roles with U.S. and China-based Fortune 500 companies. Stephen earned his degree from Rutgers University and has lived and worked in China for the past 10 years.

Our History

Pinnacle Climate Technologies, Inc. was born in 2015 when Pinnacle Products International acquired Schaefer Ventilation, bringing together industry-leading solutions in heating, cooling, and ventilation. As a result, Pinnacle Climate Technologies became home to brands that are recognized worldwide for reliability, durability, and innovation.

Our brands, both young and mature, now have almost 70 years of experience to draw upon as they optimize manufacturing efficiency, perfect distribution, and lead the industry. And with that, we’re now able to innovate faster and more effectively to deliver the highest-quality products to the marketplace.

1951

Schaefer Fan Company Founded in Benton County, MN.

 

1960’s & 1970’s

Schaefer Grows From a Regional Company into a North American Powerhouse.

 

1980’s

Schaefer Grows into a Global Ventilation Solutions Provider.

 

1988

Schaefer Introduces the Barn Kooler® Series of Fans.

 

1991

Americ® Line of Confined Space Ventilators Introduced.

2004

Pinnacle Products International Introduces Outdoor Construction Heat Product Line.

 

2008

Entered Global Marketplace in 6 Overseas Markets.

 

2010

Launched Master® & Remington® brands for North America.

 

2011

Partnered with Taglich Private Equity, LLC to Support Continued Growth.

 

2013

Developed Industry Leading SilentDrive® Series of Construction Heaters.

2015

Pinnacle Products and Schaefer Ventilation merge to Form Pinnacle Climate Technologies.

Expanding Global Footprint with Products Delivered into our 65th County.

Expanded into new 120,000ft Production Facility in Sauk Rapids, MN.

Introduced new product lines of air quality products including the Remington Airetrex 365™ and the Schaefer Defender™ Series.
